Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

The Cordial Invite is operated by Hassan Kamran, an individual operating as a sole proprietor based in Pakistan(“we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of The Cordial Invite. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use The Cordial Invite.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the details and media you add to your invitations. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display them for the purpose of providing the service. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

3. Guest data

When your guests submit RSVPs, you are the controller of that personal data and are responsible for handling it lawfully. We process it on your behalf to provide the RSVP feature.

4. Plans, payments & refunds

Paid plans are charged per invitation at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (authorised reseller) for our digital products. This means your purchase is completed with Paddle, who is responsible for billing and for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Because an invitation is a digital product delivered immediately on publishing, you agree that we begin providing it right away and, except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once an invitation is published. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal (e.g. as an EU/UK consumer), you acknowledge that by publishing you request immediate performance and waive that right upon completion. Refund requests are handled in line with Paddle's policies and applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, resell, or use The Cordial Invite to send spam or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Cordial Invite, its templates, design, and software are our intellectual property. These Terms don't grant you any rights in them except the right to use the service as intended.

7. Third-party services

The Cordial Invite relies on third parties (e.g. Google, Paddle, hosting and email providers). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your handling of guest data, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using The Cordial Invite and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

11. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Questions?
